TeamPulse is an online, turnkey employee survey tool that small and large companies alike can use to collect employee feedback on the items that we know to statistically impact employee engagement and commitment. Then these customers have the capability to compare their results to other local, national, or industry competitors.

Our standard questionnaire includes 38 items and 1 open-ended comment box. The items are categorized into 10 dimensions that statistically correlate with employee commitment. Those 10 dimensions are: Team Effectiveness, Retention Risk, Alignment with Goals, Trust with Co-Workers, Individual Contribution, Manager Effectiveness, Trust in Senior Leaders, Feeling Valued, Work Engagement, and People Practices.

In addition to the standard questionnaire, TeamPulse allows our customers to insert custom questions that are unique to your organization or industry. Maybe you have a strategic initiative that you need to collect very specific input on; or perhaps you have survey items from questionnaires you used in the past—and want to ask the same questions again to gauge year-over-year trends. TeamPulse offers you a proven system AND the ability to tailor to your needs.

Each TeamPulse survey will collect demographic information on each employee in order to enrich your analysis. Age, Tenure, and Position Level are standard demographic inputs. Many will also include Location and Departmental inputs in order to add accountability to area managers for employee engagement.
